The partner of Unicasa Home,  Fine & Country, presents in two conferences the keys of how to sell more in the international market. Fine & Country, an international network of real estate agents, specialised in the sale of high-end properties and with more than 300 offices worldwide, is organising two conferences in Spain to present the keys to how to sell more in the luxury real estate market.

The conferences will take place on 14 June at the Liceu in Barcelona and on 15 June at the Hotel El Fuerte in Marbella, where attendance is free with prior registration.

Both conferences will feature international speakers who will present the opportunities currently offered by luxury property sales, and how an estate agent specialising in high-end properties can achieve more sales with the help of the English firm: David Lindley, CEO of Fine & Country, will talk about the “Impact of Brexit on the international property market”; Antonio Caracuel, Managing Partner at Caracuel Abogados, will present “The impact on property sales due to the application of the Golden Visa investment law”; Anabel Frias Rondon, BDM at Rightmove Overseas, will present the “Evolution of the consumer, and strategies to better reach él and sell more”Finally, Francisco Jiménez, Director of Fine & Country Spain, explained the keys to the brand's success in Spain.

In addition to the speakers, the conferences include two host offices of the network in Spain to learn first-hand about the experience of the firm's agents in our country. Fine & Country Barcelona with managing partner Eduard Gulyan, and Fine & Country Mijas, led by Karina Karlsen.
